New Chapter in Online Books (The Washington Times)

Three years after it made its debut, the International Children's Digital Library has become a rare e-book success story. The library, run by professors at the University of Maryland at College Park, aims to make available children's books from across the world in as many languages as possible. The project's clients double as consultants: A number of children and toddlers meet twice a week to discuss the online archive with College Park professors and graduate students.
